Easy P4P changelog

The Easy P4P changelog is the dated list of what has changed in the software, written by Jason Marriner, the owner of QuickCall Services LLC who built Easy P4P for his own crews. Newest first.

  • Added a Sync Calendar button in the sidebar that sends today's jobs and mileage to your Google Calendar right away.
  • Analytics labor cost now uses the same pay math as Payroll, so the percentages match across the Dashboard, Analytics and Payroll.
  • Cleaner screens: the sidebar is grouped into Operations, Money and Settings, rarely used forms like Log PTO and Log a Callback start collapsed, Payroll hides empty columns, and the Profit Report opens on last week with a Details section for the rest.

  • Added a Pricing page with all three plans and the yearly option in one place, and corrected our Protiv comparison to match the prices Protiv lists on its own site.

  • If you open a link from one of our emails while signed out, you now land on that page after you log in, instead of the dashboard.

  • Added trial and onboarding emails: reminders before your trial ends, nudges to add your crew, and a one-click unsubscribe on the optional ones.

  • Penny, the built-in assistant, can now look up hours, bonuses, payroll weeks and profit, and make changes like moving a crew member after you press Confirm. Included on Pro and Concierge.
  • Each company now has its own time zone, so "today" and "this week" match where your crews work. You pick it when you sign up and can change it in Company Settings.

  • Added Data & Backups on Pro: download all of your company data in one file and restore it later, with a warning before anything is overwritten.

  • When one crew fixes another crew's callback, the crew that did the fix now gets paid for their time, the crew that caused it is still charged, and the callback settles in the pay week it was completed.

  • Added yearly plans, switching plans from inside the app, and a billing portal for your card and invoices.
  • Crew members in training can now be marked not yet eligible for performance pay. Their hours still count toward the crew, and payroll shows what they would have earned.
  • Help tips and award badges now open when you tap them on a phone.

  • Opened Easy P4P to self-serve signup, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed to start.
