Easy P4P is pay-for-performance software for lawn, landscape and field service crews, built by Jason Marriner, owner of QuickCall Services LLC in Evans, Georgia.
I started QuickCall Services in 2014 with a push mower, a pickup truck, and a simple goal: give every customer better service than they expected. Today we handle lawn maintenance and full landscaping services to residential and commercial clients in the greater Augusta area. I oversee all operations, and I'm still the direct contact for our clients.
Growing meant adding crews, and that's where I ran into a problem. I was paying my crews by performance, but I was calculating it by hand every night, and it was costing me money without me realizing it. I couldn't find software that fit my business, so I built it. That became Easy P4P.
